Congress of Leaders of Florida is a non-profit organization that started as an initiative with a new vision; it has become an Institution, stable and respected in our community and abroad.

Our programs have grown to include 20,000 well-behaved, high achievers student leaders that receive an intellectual and practical training that proves to be highly valuable for their education and formation. “The powerful force of our alumni members leads every sector of our youth as role models and community leaders” – Vanessa Cabán

Congress of Leaders of Florida holds a blend of the needs and dreams of our citizenry. Focusing on present challenges and opportunities, our commitment to educational excellence and the lure and challenge of community involvement, programs under consideration include - 15 Formal Seminars, 4 Leadership Workshops, 3 Protocol Activities and 20 Top Community Leaders as Speakers.

Congress of Leaders of Florida is working together with our most important leaders and institutions and will continue to offer new programs, services that contribute to the ideals and goals of corporate leadership and citizen involvement in a democratic society.

OBJECTIVES AND GOALS

  • To encourage the youth of today to become active leaders of the 21st. Century

  • To challenge and empower our brightest young leaders as responsible citizens, employees, office holders, entrepreneurs and decision makers

  • To offer new experiences for our Alumni Association

  • To achieve a winning design of Leadership Development for today and tomorrow that can perform well at local and global scenarios

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Be a sophomore, junior, or senior in high school
  • Have a 3.00 average or higher
  • Show commitment to school and community involvement through participation in co curricular activities
  • Excellent conduct
  • Assistance to interviews and/or orientations
